Vest Aero Tech granted U.S. Patent for Mobile Fire Fighting Assembly

Vest Aero Tech has officially been granted a U.S. patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)for its proprietary Mobile Fire Fighting Assembly (MFFA).

This patent secures protection for a novel, helicopter-deployable system that integrates pump, hose reel, nozzle, control unit and power source into one compact and modular solution. The MFFA enables rapid deployment of continuous, high-capacity water delivery in terrain where traditional firefighting infrastructure is unavailable or ineffective.

The MFFA is designed to provide sustained water flow over long distances, reducing the need for ground personnel and increasing operational efficiency and safety. The system is primarily developed for wildfire suppression, but also offers significant potential for other use cases such as flood response, remote water transport and emergency operations.
